Terms of Use
These terms describe the rules for using ShortsPipeline, subscriptions, payments, cancellation, and responsibilities when working with YouTube channels.
How the service works
ShortsPipeline helps upload videos, prepare metadata, and manage pipelines and schedules. The user keeps control over content, channels, and publishing decisions.
Subscription and payment
The plan defines available limits and support terms. Payment is processed through a payment provider. You can cancel a subscription in the subscription management section inside Settings.
Refund policy
If a payment was made by mistake or the product is technically unavailable for your scenario, contact us within 7 days after payment. We will check account status, usage history, and respond with a refund or technical compensation decision.
A refund may be unavailable in cases of clear abuse, platform rule violations, or substantial use of plan limits.
Limits
- the service cannot be used for spam, platform rule violations, or publishing content without rights;
- you cannot bypass technical plan limits or try to access data that belongs to other users;
- the service may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, updates, or external integrations.
